If everyone was like me

If everyone in the world was like me
Then we’d no longer struggle for serenity
There’d be no hatred, nor vengeance, nor war
And peace itself shall fall into oblivion

If everyone in the world was like me
Then all shall possess the true gift of wisdom
We’ll be reasoning without marks of confusion
And gaps between minds shall banish for eternity

If everyone in the world was like me
Then we’ll treasure rhythm, sound and harmony
The melody of music enriches our minds
And the tranquility of waves enlightens our souls

If everyone in the world was like me
Then there’d be more whispers than deaf’ning noise
Cheers are meant for those who speak with their voices
And silence is for those who shout with their hearts

If everyone in the world was like me
Then smoke, dust, and wastes shall cease existing
I don’t have the strength to build all these pollutions
And roads and skyscrapers won’t dwell with history

If everyone in the world was like me
Then each one of us will live entirely as losers
I don’t have the courage to face reality
And I fear of losing hope and letting go of pride

And if everyone in the world was like me
Then there’ll be constant search for happiness
Forever we’ll be searching for someone diff’rent
And someone who knows what’s in us is missing

    i think malas kasi as stated above “forever searching” that might mean laging hanap. di makasettle…and wouldn’t it be nice to be with someone who finds happiness in little things…hnd na ung sige hanap ng happiness…hehehe…

    though it’s too early to slightly decipher what I mean about it, maybe i should say this right now.. it’s just simple logic.. if everyone’s the same as me, and only someone different would make me happy, then i’ll be of course always searching for that someone since, though it’s impossible because there’s no one existing who’s not the same as i am.. heheh :D
